House was divided into two zones – everyday life and “motion action!”, connected by the heart of each houses – kitchen.

Everyday life is organized around the three-sided fireplace. On each side of the fireplace a diffrent zone is created – living area, dining and communication to the bedrooms upstairs.

The owners like light and happy, open family life. This is why, we decided to open the living area up to the mezzanine, which gives the visual connection between the family members without constant running on the stairs.

“Motion action!” is the axis garage – pantry – kitchen, where a little chaos is acceptable, without disturbing the Monday – Friday rhythm.

In the whole house there is plenty of natural material combined with colorful and geometrical shapes.
