Couple with a small son, asked us for help to design their apartment. Their dream was to have quality space for leisure, cooking, relax and especially storage for plenty things the owe.

We managed to achieve this goal by changing the layout of the walls in the living area and very cautious usage of every “cm²“.

The Man needed a place to rest after work, the Lady wanted to be able to prepare food being still visually and verbally connected to the husband. We proposed a core in the center, which provides division between living area and kitchen, but on the other hand still creates semi open kitchen, so the family can be together constantly.

In the hall there is plenty place for storage and also a cozy place to seat.
